What does this change for you?

Previously, card payments for work performed through Mercado Pago were only available for premium services or subscriptions. Now, this payment method is available without restrictions for our entire range of services:

• All types of cleaning: maintenance, general and convenient hourly cleaning .

• Dry cleaning: extractor cleaning of sofas, mattresses, carpets and strollers.

• Maintenance: professional cleaning and disinfection of air conditioners.

• Minor household repairs: Handyman services.

You no longer need to withdraw cash in advance – pay for any services quickly, securely, and in just a few clicks directly from your smartphone using the familiar Mercado Pago app, or with Argentine MasterCard or Visa!

If you are not satisfied with something or the price changes, you can always get a refund online.

How does Mercado Pago refund work?

We always adhere to transparent rules and guarantee the protection of your funds in any situation in accordance with our return policy:

1. Automatic refund to original account: If a service is cancelled or recalculated, the refund is processed directly through the Mercado Pago platform to the same card or account used for payment.

2. Enrollment deadlines:

   1. When paying from your Mercado Pago balance or through Debito Inmediato (DEBIN), your funds are refunded instantly.

   2. When paying by credit or debit card, the refund is processed immediately on our side, and the final crediting to your account depends on the issuing bank's regulations (usually from a few minutes to several business days).

3. Security and Support: You can always track the status of your transaction directly in the Mercado Pago app in the transaction history section, and our support team prepares confirmation receipts for every return.
