Welcome to our service company.

My name is Alexey Chirkov. Since October 2025, I have been the founder of the Chylkyt service (Udm. "чилкыт" - clean).

I've been living in Buenos Aires since 2023 and have firsthand knowledge of the local professionals' work practices. So, together with several Russian expats, we decided to create a cleaning service for houses, apartments, and commercial spaces. Cleaning takes place according to a schedule, regardless of weather conditions or other factors.

In January 2026, we launched a dry cleaning service for mattresses, furniture, carpets, and strollers. And in May of that same year, we began offering apartment maintenance and repair services for floors, walls, doors, appliances, and plumbing.

Our employees are usually on time and won't steal your jacket or wallet. All our staff have verified criminal background checks. We keep track of who works on our team!

In your personal account and calendar, you can see all previous and upcoming service sessions and information about the staff member working at your location. Payment information and the current status of your requests are also available.

We offer flexible work schedules for our employees, tailored to your schedule, and prompt payment based on completed work. We provide consumables and manage orders through a convenient calendar that syncs with your schedule and is accessible via the mobile app. We also cover travel expenses.
