Head of B2B Division

Key goal


You will build and develop the company's B2B segment - formulate a strategy for working with corporate clients, attract new organizations, establish long-term partnerships, and ensure growth in B2B sales revenue.


Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of a B2B development strategy

  • Search and attraction of new corporate clients (commercial properties, management companies, industrial and public organizations)

  • Managing the full B2B sales cycle—from initial contact and service presentation to contract conclusion

  • Conducting negotiations with decision-makers, preparing commercial proposals and agreeing on terms

  • Analysis of the market, segments and needs of potential clients

  • Participate in industry exhibitions, events, and business meetings to expand your network of contacts

  • Interacting with operational units to ensure quality of service and project implementation

  • Preparing reports on sales and B2B performance indicators


Requirements for the candidate:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably related to services, products, or business services)

  • Successful experience in building sales processes and conducting negotiations with corporate clients

  • Skills in strategic planning, market analysis and forecasting

  • Experience in managing a sales team (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Confident user of CRM systems

  • Spanish B2+
