Main responsibilities

• Wet and dry cleaning of residential and/or commercial premises

• Washing floors, sanitary areas, kitchens, household appliances and work surfaces

• Removing dust from furniture, windowsills, appliances and decorative elements

• Garbage collection and removal, replacement of garbage bags

• Use professional cleaning and disinfecting agents according to the instructions

• Compliance with sanitary standards, hygiene rules and safety regulations

• Careful and gentle handling of furniture, surfaces and the client's personal belongings

• Reporting damage, malfunctions or abnormal situations at the facility to the manager

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in work inventory and equipment

Requirements

• A woman between 25 and 50 years old

• Basic knowledge of Spanish and/or English

• Punctuality, attention to detail and politeness

• Experience in cleaning will be a big plus

Responsibilities

• Minor household repairs in apartments and offices

• Installation and replacement of faucets, siphons, shower accessories

• Adjustment of doors, windows, locks and furniture fittings

• Assembly and minor repairs of furniture

• Installation of shelves, cornices, mirrors, televisions and accessories

• Replacement of sockets, switches, lamps and light fittings

• Connecting household appliances (washing machines, dishwashers, stoves, etc.)

• Estimation of the scope of work and on-site consultation with clients

• Compliance with quality standards and careful work on site

Requirements

• Experience as a repairman, handyman, or technician

• Plumbing, electrical and installation skills

• Ability to use hand and power tools

• Responsibility, punctuality and accuracy

• Customer focus and polite communication

• Having your own instrument is an advantage

• Experience working with apartments and commercial premises is welcome

Key goal

You will build and develop the company's B2B segment - formulate a strategy for working with corporate clients, attract new organisations, establish long-term partnerships, and ensure growth in B2B sales revenue.

 Responsibilities:

•  Development and implementation of a B2B development strategy
•  Search and attraction of new corporate clients (commercial properties, management companies, industrial and public organizations)
•  Managing the full B2B sales cycle—from initial contact and service presentation to contract conclusion
•  Conducting negotiations with decision-makers, preparing commercial proposals and agreeing on terms
•  Analysis of the market, segments and needs of potential clients
•  Participate in industry exhibitions, events, and business meetings to expand your network of contacts
•  Interacting with operational units to ensure quality of service and project implementation
•  Preparing reports on sales and B2B performance indicators

 Requirements for the candidate:

•  At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably related to services, products, or business services)
•  Successful experience in building sales processes and conducting negotiations with corporate clients
•  Skills in strategic planning, market analysis and forecasting
•  Experience in managing a sales team (preferred)
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills
•  Confident user of CRM systems
•  Spanish B2+
